Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Nolita Diamonds packaging and use the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email.

  Quality Assurance Review

  Once received at our studio, our master jewelers will inspect the piece to ensure it remains in original, unworn condition with all certificates included.

  Processing Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or your new exchange will be dispatched.
